Financial Planning Role

ProTalent is partnering with a leading company in the Accountancy and Financial Services sector to find a skilled Financial Planner to join their successful team in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to business growth through internal and external development initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within the firm, network, and external businesses.
  • Produce high-quality articles for website publication annually.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments through regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Provide expert financial planning advice to clients through various channels, including written reports, face-to-face meetings, and digital communication.
  • Collaborate with the existing team of report writers and administrators to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements

Candidates should hold a Level 4 qualification and ideally be Chartered or close to achieving this status. Study support is available for those who require it.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and be confident in their ability to express themselves clearly in writing and speaking.

Organizational skills and a confident demeanor are essential for success in this role.

Additional Qualities

A friendly, honest, and personable approach is crucial for building strong relationships with clients. Some travel may be required for client meetings or office visits.
