We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support two Financial Planners in a Financial Planning practice based in Horsham. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse client information and existing investments/policies to provide high-quality financial planning reports.
- Write suitability reports for cases of varying complexity, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle urgent client queries in the absence of the adviser, demonstrating exceptional client service skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the team's work meets the highest standards.
- Perform tax calculations and create cash flow models and projections to support financial planning using Voyant.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional client service.
- Upload cases to XPLAN for pre-approval, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm, with a strong understanding of financial services products.
- Confidence in determining the advice journey and ability to handle complex cases.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial planning reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
