About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Mears, working in our West Wickham branch. As an Administrator, you will be part of a local team supporting the administration activities and requirements to our Housing operations, ensuring that all administrative procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in total compliance with Company policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to all functions within the local team, branch, client, and internal group departments, as required.
- Supporting the administration process to ensure the accurate and timely recording and response to all client, service user, and company communication, in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.
- Supporting processes of materials requisition, purchase order, and invoicing, credit and debit invoices, and the timely input of cost data to enable work orders to be completed and invoiced.
- Ensuring the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicating with service users regarding ongoing work, where required, and liaising with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely information is provided.
- Working with all team members, including administrators, operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure an efficient and productive service is delivered to service users and clients, and to support the attainment and maintenance of high levels of satisfaction with performance delivery, in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.
- Keeping all supplied company assets in a good condition, in line with company policies, and reporting to your Manager where damages occur.
- Attending informal and formal company and client meetings and training sessions, as required.
Role Criteria:
- Experience in maintaining void management.
- Experience in Fleet.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
