Educator - Electrical Installation Diploma Program

KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a qualified Educator to deliver the Electrical Installation Diploma Program. This role involves teaching students essential electrical installation skills, from basic to advanced levels.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced educator with a strong background in electrical installation, holding qualifications such as the 18th edition certification and AM2 license. They must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate learners, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive electrical installation diploma courses up to Level 3.
  • Conduct one-to-one training and practical workshops to cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and resources.
  • Monitor learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and adapting teaching methods.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA).
  • Qualifications and experience as a licensed Electrician, holding 18th edition and AM2 certifications.
  • Fulfilled Functional Skills in Maths and English or GCSE equivalents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on learner-centered approaches.
