Job Description: Support Worker - Relief Position

We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our Supported Living service in the centre of Rugeley, Staffordshire. Our service provides varying levels of care to 14 individuals with a range of support needs.

The successful candidate will work in teams of 3-4 staff members, providing quality person-centred support to all service users. Shifts will often be worked in daytimes, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

  • Flexible working hours to suit individual needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as budgeting, shopping, and personal care
  • Collaborating with service users, families, carers, and professionals to provide a coordinated and consistent service
  • Responding to changing needs and supporting service users in expressing their needs and views

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and access to our free app for flexible shift picking make this an attractive opportunity.
