Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our Supported Living team in Rugeley, Staffordshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various levels of need, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users with daily tasks, such as personal care, budgeting, and shopping.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals to deliver a cohesive and effective support plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, building trust and confidence.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering person-centered care. While some experience in healthcare is desirable, we encourage applications from candidates with transferable skills.
