We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Infrastructure team as an Associate Civil Engineer, working closely with our Director and supporting other teams across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of engineering designs for planning applications, detailed designs, and construction of drainage, highways, and SuDS for major infrastructure and residential, retail, industrial, and commercial developments.
  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the team, improve processes, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consultancy/private sector development, with a focus on residential development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in the production of technical drawings for tender and construction purposes, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of drainage strategies and flood risk assessment.
