Maintenance Services Leader

Pioneer Selection is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our business.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel and developing strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our critical equipment. You will work closely with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

- 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
