Westcott Search Limited is seeking an experienced Valuer / Lister to join their team in Leicester. As a key member of the estate agency, you will be responsible for generating and winning business, arranging and carrying out valuations, and agreeing terms and listing properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win business through effective marketing and sales strategies
- Conduct thorough valuations of properties to determine their market value
- Agree terms and list properties on various platforms to attract potential buyers
- Take high-quality photographs and create engaging property listings to showcase properties online
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional communication and service to clients throughout the property listing process
- Understand client requirements to deliver an efficient and effective service
- Organize and accompany viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
- Obtain feedback from viewings and negotiate lets to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in the local property market
- Proven track record of success in valuing and listing lettings properties
- Fluent in the Gujarati language is an advantage, but not essential
- Passionate about providing a superb, professional, and friendly service
- Proactive and positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Good IT skills
- Smart and presentable
- Full UK driving license and use of own car
- Live within a commutable distance of Leicester
- Right to work in the UK
The Offer
- Basic salary of £25,000
- Uncapped commission - OTE £45-50k
- Laptop and mobile phone provided
- Hours - Monday - Friday and alternative Saturdays
