Personal Tax Assistant / Personal Tax Semi Senior

Clark Wood - Tax Recruitment is currently working with a reputable independent firm of chartered accountants in Somerset who are seeking an ambitious Personal Tax Assistant / Personal Tax Semi Senior to join their team.

As a Personal Tax Assistant / Personal Tax Semi Senior, your role will involve working with a variety of personal tax clients, including HNWIs, company directors, and sole traders. You will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently through the preparation and review of personal tax computations and returns.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in Personal Tax work, either from a solely tax-focused role or from a mixed accounts and tax position. You will have the opportunity to work towards managing your own client portfolio and will be part of an established firm in Chester.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment. If you have a strong background in Personal Tax and are looking for a new challenge, please apply below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of personal tax computations and returns
  • Working with a variety of personal tax clients, including HNWIs, company directors, and sole traders
  • Ensuring all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Working towards managing your own client portfolio

Requirements:

  • ATT Part Qualified or Fully Qualified
  • Strong background in Personal Tax work
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
