We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our team in Taunton. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for working closely with Managers and Partners to support a diverse client portfolio, monitoring the commercial aspects of portfolio management, and providing regular updates to Partners.

You will also be responsible for supporting with tax compliance assignments, including the preparation and review of corporation and personal tax returns, building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, and proactively handling queries and problem-solving.

Additionally, you will be expected to keep up-to-date with technical research to support complex tax issues, championing your own professional development with an eagerness to learn and progress, and supporting Managers and Partners by undertaking ad-hoc projects where required.

Requirements
  • ATT or CTA qualified, or studying with at least 1 years' tax experience
  • Qualified by experience also considered
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A self-motivated team player able to work closely with senior management
