Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any issues or needs for repairs.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as required.
  • Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs as necessary.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Cooperate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cleaner, with a strong track record of maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • Integrity and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

Working Hours:

Any day, Monday to Sunday, from 6am to 12 midnight. Must provide own transport to sites.

Rate of Pay:

£22 per hour.
