About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test and Equipment Qualification Project Manager to join our team in Renfrew. As a key member of our Manufacturing, Testing and Qualification function, you will be responsible for leading large-scale Equipment Qualification (EQ) test programs, including financial and technical governance, data analysis, and report writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage and lead EQ test programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Analyze data generated from EQ tests and provide technical recommendations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Prepare and present technical documents, reports, and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering degree and significant experience in EQ testing and project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and instrumentation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
