We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Riverside Service Station in Belper, Derbyshire.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile, assisting with a wide range of duties, promoting brand standards, and actively encouraging sales. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm will make a significant difference in providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the forecourt to a high standard, including sweeping, mopping, removing spillages and stains, litter picking, and emptying bins. You will also ensure that the pumps are cleaned to a high standard, using specialized cleaning products provided while observing health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean the forecourt to a high standard
- Clean the pumps and surrounding areas
- Ensure the store is tidy and well-presented
- Provide excellent customer service
The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience and be able to work flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday. Aged 18 or over due to petroleum regulations, you must also have the right to work in the UK. We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, plus benefits such as staff discount, refer-a-friend bonus scheme, and contributable pension scheme.
