About theProduct Trainer role:
We are seeking a dedicated Product and Compliance Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training and support across all product categories and industry segments through a structured training program. Your primary goal will be to ensure that both end users and distributors are fully trained on the SC Johnson Professional product range for their market sector, with regular updates to the training programs.
The key responsibilities of our Product Trainer will include:
Deliver training across all product categories, working with a structured training program and CPD accreditation. Create sales opportunities by fostering customer loyalty, working with distributor sales teams and targeted end users. Represent SC Johnson Professional at industry events such as conferences and study days. Previous experience / knowledge required of our Product Trainer:
Experience in a customer facing role Self-starter with the ability to work remotely Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control (desirable) Competencies, behaviors and aptitudes required of our Product Trainer:
