Learning Needs Support Worker

This exciting opportunity is for an Aspiring Educational Psychologist/Psychology Graduate to join our team at Academics. As a Learning Needs Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students across varying abilities, helping them to achieve their full potential.
You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals, including SEN specialists, tutors, and mental health practitioners, to deliver personalized education programs and individualized learning plans. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in Autism, Mental Health, and SEN, as well as a strong understanding of learning needs and educational psychology principles.
Requirements:
- An Undergraduate Degree holder (preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields)
- Relevant SEN experience
- A keen interest in Autism, Mental Health, and SEN
Salary and Benefits:
