Inclusive Learning Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to join our team in Ampthill, providing individualized support for students with a range of needs, including Functional Skills and GCSE preparation.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the diverse needs of SEN students and be skilled in adapting teaching strategies to meet these needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students' academic and social development within an inclusive environment
- Monitoring progress and collaborating with the school team to ensure the best outcomes for every learner
- Modifying teaching materials to make learning accessible for all students
- Building positive, supportive relationships with students to boost their confidence and help them reach their full potential
About Academics:
Academics is a leading provider of education and training services, committed to delivering high-quality support to students with special educational needs.
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
