Key Responsibilities
  • Job Evaluation Administration: Assist in the administration of job evaluation processes to ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Vacancy Requisitions: Support managers with the vacancy requisition process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Conduct pre-employment checks to verify candidate information and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Contract Issuing and Induction: Issue contracts and arrange induction for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Electronic Staff Records and TRAC/NHS Jobs: Update Electronic Staff Records and TRAC/NHS Jobs systems as required, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Enquiry Management: Deal efficiently and effectively with all incoming enquiries, ensuring that follow-up actions are noted and passed to colleagues as necessary.
