About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Years Apprentice at our Hyde Day Nursery in Barnet, UK. As part of our apprentice program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning from industry experts.

The nursery is registered for 88 children and offers easy access to local transport links. You will be responsible for supporting the development of children through stimulating experiences, environments, and resources tailored to their age and stage of development.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Support the development of children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs.
  2. Embed effective key person approaches to foster secure attachments between children and staff.
  3. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times.
  4. Collaborate with the team to support children and colleagues in your room.
  5. Maintain understanding and compliance with the statutory framework for the Early Years Curriculum.
