European Market Development Specialist for Workplace Wellness

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Marketing Specialist to join our EU Workplace Health Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve budgeted shipment and EBITDA goals.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing marketing activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize market opportunities and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with Marcoms teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
About You
We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual with a proven track record of implementing category strategies in a healthcare or workspace environment. You should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
