About the Role

We are looking for a Health and Environment Specialist to join our team at Getting In Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in promoting a healthy and safe working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, best practices, and continuous improvement. They will also be required to maintain excellent levels of attendance at college/tutor sessions and successfully achieve a level 3 qualification.

This role requires a good understanding of risk assessments, safe systems of work, together with policies and procedures. The candidate will also be required to assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills and knowledge in health, safety, and environmental management.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver SHE training, toolbox talks, inductions, or present data or investigation findings to the workforce or management team.
  • Provide advice on the practical implementation of the company's SHE policies and processes, applying generic industry guidance into the context of the workplace.
  • Assist with the monitoring, analysis of, and reporting on SHE performance.
