Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional social work services to vulnerable adults and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the Safeguarding Team to identify and address potential risks and concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Social Work (e.g., BA or MA in Social Work)
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
