RAC is seeking a talented Junior Digital Product Manager to join our Acquisition squad, responsible for our main e-commerce journey.

This is an entry-level role into Product Management at RAC, ideal for individuals with some experience as a product owner or involvement in digital product definition and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the Acquisition Product backlog in Jira, setting sprint goals and prioritizing work for upcoming sprints.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and UX teams to define and elaborate epics and user stories.
  • Attend all scrum ceremonies as part of the agile methodology.
  • Set up and monitor AB tests using Adobe Target.
  • Establish and conduct user testing, and monitor customer behavior through Glassbox.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute web optimizations that align with commercial targets.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a regulated business environment.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of software development processes and practices.
  • Numerate skills, including comfort with statistical concepts and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders.
