Job Title: Reward and Benefits Administrator

Agratas is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Reward and Benefits Administrator to join our Reward and Benefits team.

This full-time position is based on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Coventry office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer our employee benefits programme, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with employee benefits providers to resolve queries and report on programme performance.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits-related transactions.
  • Assist with extracting payroll information and compiling HR and payroll reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administering employee benefits schemes and supporting cyclical reward activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll processes and procedures, including salary sacrifice and other deductions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external providers.
