We are looking for a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team at Aintree University Hospital.

As a leader in nutrition care, you will be responsible for managing the dietary needs of complex inpatients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

You will work closely with our senior dietetic team to ensure seamless transitions in care and contribute to the ongoing development of our therapeutic services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Dietitian to take on a leadership role and drive forward the provision of expert nutrition advice to patients.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the nutritional needs of medical and surgical patients requiring complex support.

Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

Lead and mentor junior staff and students to ensure continuity of care and high-quality patient outcomes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition and dietetics through ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements
  • BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics or postgraduate Diploma required.
  • Broad clinical experience in at least 3 areas, including medical and surgical patients essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire junior staff and students.
  • Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and committed to ongoing professional development.
