Job Title: Kitchen Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to join our Kitchen Brigade as a Kitchen Operations Specialist. This role involves working closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes.

About the Role:
  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Prepare vegetables, meats, and fish for menu items
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs to maintain kitchen standards
  • Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary and benefits package of £26,750 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary, full training will be provided
  • A good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Methodical and clean worker
Ideal Candidate:
  • Ability to work towards Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques and COSHH regulations
  • Experience working with kitchen equipment and dangerous tools such as knives
