Job Title: Drainage Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drainage Contracts Manager to join our team at Vector Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various drainage activities across London and Southeast, including blockage teams, Descaling, CCTV, and lining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate off-site resources effectively to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement safe working processes to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and manage contract performance to meet or exceed targets and standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage works programs to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Price new works using contract-specific rates to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Handle quotations and customer management to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Monitor delivery costs and submit monthly applications for client approval to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality and health and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in drainage industry management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Consistent management of safe working processes, with a focus on minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Strong knowledge of drainage infrastructure, including blockage teams, Descaling, CCTV, and lining.
  • Possession of a CSCS card, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety.
