About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Marine Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of specialist subcontractors and delivering planned and unplanned maintenance work at three wind farm O&M facilities.

Job Description:
The role involves managing client communication, preparing presentations, and entering project data. You will develop detailed project plans, collaborate with teams, conduct meetings, and present plans to upper-level management. Additionally, you will closely monitor and ensure each managed project adheres to scope, stays on track, meets deadlines, remains under budget, and follows the schedule.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of post-academic work experience or 5+ years of trade/construction experience
  • Bachelor's/MA degree in electrical or mechanical engineering/marine engineering or a related field
  • Trade-based experience leading to site management on construction sites or a background in facilities management is also considered
