Job Description

At CES Group - Clinical Employment Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for employees to identify potential health risks.
  • Provide expert guidance on workplace health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective health promotion initiatives to improve employee wellbeing.
  • Offer advice on managing employee absence due to health reasons, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
  • Collaborate with management to create a healthy work environment that supports employee wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records and reports.
  • Conduct first aid when necessary and investigate incidents through root cause analysis.
  • Prepare detailed reports on occupational health matters to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Health Nurse or Advisor, either a diploma or degree.
  • Experience in conducting health assessments and screenings.
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
