About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Team Member to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, clean, and luxurious environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests and exceed their expectations by providing excellent service
  • Perform lifeguard duties and maintain the relaxing ambiance of the Spa
  • Sustain excellent standards of the Spa through general maintenance and stringent cleaning procedures

Requirements

  • Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a Spa environment
  • Pool plant operations experience
  • A First Aid qualification
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard
