Civil Engineering Recruitment Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment consultant to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. As a specialist in the civil engineering sector, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role: As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates with the right skills and experience to fill our clients' vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates with the right skills and experience for our clients' vacancies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' vacancies
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their recruitment campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the civil engineering sector
  • Strong knowledge of the civil engineering industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
