About the Role:

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Consultant to join our thriving business. As a Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent within the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit management staff within a Civil Engineering Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis.
  • Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the business through the identification of new opportunities and the development of new business streams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and develop new business streams.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
