Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive acquisition plan with stakeholders, including third-party collaborations
- Manage and maintain our customer database, ensuring its health and integrity
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design seasonal communication plans
- Analyze the commercial benefits of implementing a loyalty scheme
