Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide monitoring services for projects in the UK, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project monitoring, with a strong background in QS/Building Surveying and MRICS status.
  • Excellent understanding of project monitoring principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
