The Find is seeking a highly skilled Conceptual Art Director to join their talented creative team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for devising and delivering experiential campaigns for the world's most ambitious brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and deliver award-winning creative solutions for existing and prospective clients through engaging and inspirational campaigns.
- Work closely with the Executive and Associate Creative Directors to ideate, develop, design, and deliver creative solutions predominantly for retail clients.
- Ideate and sometimes lead on projects, working closely with team seniors and other departments to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
Requirements
- A passion for the retail/grocery sector, with around 3 years' experience in a similar role within retail activation/FMCG-focused agency.
- Fluency in In-Design, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite programs, as well as MS Office.
- Ability to blend commercial awareness with passion and creative flair.
