Job Title: Lead 3D Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead 3D Designer to join our in-house design studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering brilliant creative work on a broad range of design projects for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality design projects
  • Develop and maintain a keen creative eye with experience in generating engaging narratives and creative concepts
  • Communicate a creative vision to in-house designers and freelance designers
  • Train designers on design programs and design skills
  • Navigate and resolve complex design challenges
  • Articulate complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects with an ability to assess appropriate resources required to deliver a design project
  • Deliver creative work within budget expectations
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in 3D design within creative retail
  • Expert ability to navigate and resolve complex design challenges
  • Ability to communicate a creative vision to an in-house designer or freelance designer
  • Ability to train designers on design programs and design skills
  • Excellent understanding of the world of retail and brand experience and the design and production process
  • Expert knowledge of Sketchup & Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & rendering software (ideally V Ray)
  • Good working knowledge and experience working with 3D Modelling software is beneficial (e.g. C4D/Rhino or other digital platforms)
