About the Role:
This role involves working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support services to our clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for supporting clients with personal care and daily tasks, as well as developing strong relationships with them and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care and support services to clients
- Assist with bathing, dressing, incontinence, and medication
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
