About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee up to three construction projects at any given time. This involves conducting thorough evaluations, managing project budgets, estimates, and cost plans, as well as ensuring accurate project costing through site visits and assessments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients to gather project requirements and prepare contracts, variations, and claims. Strong financial and analytical skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously
* Conduct thorough evaluations and perform all Quantity Surveyor duties
* Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans
* Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure accurate project costing
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to gather project requirements
* Prepare and manage contracts, variations, and claims
* Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks
