Job Opportunity: Unqualified Primary Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Unqualified Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at an 'Outstanding' Primary School in Hackney. This is a long-term, full-time role for the entire academic year, offering a competitive daily rate of £105-£110.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in their classes, ensuring pupils receive the best possible education.
  • Assist with general classroom tasks, including preparing materials and maintaining a safe learning environment.
  • Work with children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing individualized support as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, promoting inclusive and engaging learning experiences.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree from a reputable University.
  • Display a genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting children's learning.
  • Be fully committed to the role and willing to work collaboratively with the teaching team.
  • Good understanding of the Primary curriculum and general knowledge of SEN would be desirable, but not essential.
