Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote best practices in health and safety, creating a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain and develop services, driving quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that values individual differences, promoting people's equality, diversity, and rights.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered Nurse - General (RGN) qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Proven experience working in teams, applying clinical reasoning skills to complex patient case mixes.
  • Strong business acumen, including planning and maintaining organization, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
  • Effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Demonstrated principles of accountable practice, with a commitment to upholding professional standards.
  • Skill in infection control and health and safety competencies, with a focus on creating a safe environment for patients and staff.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,890, reflecting the importance of delivering high-quality patient care and promoting best practices in health and safety.
