Account Growth and Client Engagement Expert

We are seeking an Account Growth and Client Engagement Expert to join our team at beBee Professionals in Peterborough. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet client needs, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth, leveraging your knowledge of CRM software and client relationship management, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and identifying opportunities to expand our business.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop plans to pursue them, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills, and working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth, and working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and to effectively communicate sales strategies and results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies.
