Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Analytics Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Analytics Leader to join our team in London, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for synthesizing consumer analytics and insights to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Synthesize complex findings into actionable deliverables that inform business decisions
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights to back intuition with data-driven recommendations
  • Develop a deep understanding of the full path to purchase and provide actionable insights and content optimization recommendations
  • Enable high-velocity decision-making by aligning priorities and streamlining processes
  • Extend best practices in identifying business drivers, evaluating impact, and distributing reports
  • Collaborate with senior executive clients to improve opportunities to drive knowledge into action
  • Implement Consumer Knowledge capabilities to drive innovation and growth

Your Background:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior-level client services or decision science role
  • A background in applied analytics or quantitative marketing, with expertise in statistics, econometrics, applied math, or behavioral sciences research
  • Experience managing business relationships and processes across multiple geographies, with a proven track record of excellence and innovation
  • A good understanding of applied statistics, including sampling approaches, causal modeling, time series analysis, and data mining techniques
  • Ability to manage large research projects with multiple business stakeholders, and a deep experience with applying analytics to digital marketing, ecommerce, and retail marketplace strategies
