Key Responsibilities

As a Shipping Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating the global fleet of chartered LNG tankers, ensuring seamless operations and efficient logistics.

Key Tasks:
  • Post-fixture coordination, including agency, port, bunker procurement, heel management, insurance, settlements, demurrage, and ship-shore compatibility coordination
  • Performance monitoring and reporting, as well as performance claims management
  • Chartered fleet coordination and communication with vessels, vessel owners/operators, shipping teams, and other stakeholders
  • Closely cooperate with SEFE group's teams, including LNG Cargo Operation, LNG Trading, Technical and Marine Assurance, Settlements desks, and Back Office teams globally
  • Support the Integrated Maritime Operations System (IMOS) and interact with Back Office teams worldwide
  • Perform other duties as directed by management, within the scope and purpose of this role
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of shipping technology and commercial issues, with a preference for LNG experience
  • Knowledge and experience in IMOS (or similar), SAP, and MS Office
  • Proactive and able to work as part of a global team to ensure a seamless service is provided for our trading activities globally
