Job Title: Shipping Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Operator to join our LNG team at SEFE Marketing & Trading Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operation of our global fleet of chartered LNG tankers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post-fixture coordination, including agency, port, bunker procurement, heel management, insurance, settlements, demurrage, and ship-shore compatibility coordination
  • Performance monitoring and reporting, as well as performance claims management
  • Chartered fleet coordination and communication with vessels, vessel owners/operators, shipping teams, and other stakeholders
  • Closely working with SEFE group's teams, including LNG Cargo Operation, LNG Trading, Technical and Marine Assurance, and Settlements desks
  • Supporting the Integrated Maritime Operations System (IMOS) and interacting with Back Office teams globally
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of shipping technology and commercial issues, with a preference for LNG experience
  • Knowledge and experience in IMOS (or similar), SAP, and MS Office
  • Proactive and able to work as part of a global team to ensure a seamless service for our trading activities globally
