At haart Estate Agents, we are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team in Weston Super Mare. As a Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in generating new and repeat business, developing strong relationships with vendors, and marketing properties to buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to take the next step in their career
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail

What We Offer:

  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • Basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline
  • A Company Car
  • Enrolment onto fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification
