Student Adviser

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Adviser. As a key member of our Student Services Department, you will provide exceptional support to students, ensuring they receive a professional, welcoming, and effective service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, information, and administration to students, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a multi-functional service, responding to a variety of enquiries and administration.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize multiple databases and Microsoft applications to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Contribute to the development of student services, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the student experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal with people professionally and courteously at all times.
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft applications and multiple databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
