Student Adviser Position

The Student Centre at Brunel University London is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team of Student Advisers. As a key member of the Student Services Department, you will provide a professional, welcoming, and effective service to all students, ensuring their university experience is enhanced and supported.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance, information, and administration to students, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a multi-functional service, responding to a variety of enquiries and administration across a range of services.
- Develop and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with people professionally and courteously at all times.
- Utilize multiple databases and Microsoft applications to manage competing deadlines and tasks efficiently.
- Experience of working in a multi-functional team and dealing with customers/stakeholders from various sectors.
- Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
