About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Pain Rehabilitation team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological therapies to patients with chronic pain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based psychological therapies for patients with chronic pain
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Supervise and support junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies
Person Specification

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with:

  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in high-level psychological therapies, particularly 3rd wave contextual behavioural models
  • Ability to work in an evidence-based model, collecting and using data to ensure excellent treatment outcomes
  • High-level experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop services and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies
