We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological services to patients with chronic pain.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of psychologists and working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for patients with chronic pain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of psychologists in the development and delivery of psychological interventions for patients with chronic pain
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based care pathways
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions for patients with chronic pain
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development of the psychology service and ensure that it is aligned with the Trust's strategic objectives
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Significant experience working with children, adolescents, and young people
- Significant experience leading a clinical team
