Project Manager

SLR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the waste and recycling sector. As a key member of our process engineering team, you will contribute to business development activities and support other specialists on a range of projects in the UK and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage waste and recycling projects across the life cycle, from concept design to feasibility studies.
- Assist with review of third-party designs, technical proposals, and operational models, and write technical due diligence reports for funders.
- Prepare technical and procurement documentation, schematics, and drawings, and manage contracts through plant construction projects.
- Develop relationships with existing and new clients, attend conferences, develop prospects, write proposals, and win new projects.
- Assist other teams within SLR with technical and process engineering aspects of diverse projects.
- Significant experience in project management in the recycling and waste/recovery or related fields.
- Numerate and confident with data, basic modeling, excellent report writing skills, and IT literacy, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Full, current, clean driving license with ability to travel.
- Experience working on site, health and safety, and CDM (Construction Design Management Regulations 2015).
- Experience of operations, contract management, and procurement.
